The course provides knowledge and technical tools to enable the company to comply with the "Crisis Code" regulations, anticipating the emergence of a crisis and limiting its worsening. In this regard,to best understand the economic-financial imbalance, the most useful tool is the indirect financial statement, as a report that summarizes both economic and financial aspects. This in-depth study constitutes the second part of the course, devoted to an approach that is practical and oriented to know how to become autonomous in the production of such a document.

Introduction and presentation

Part 1
- From the Bankruptcy Law to the New Code

- The 'appropriate organizational structure in the new Code and the amendments to the Civil Code
- Alert and assisted crisis resolution procedures
- Crisis and insolvency regulation procedures in the new Code
- The instruments of crisis regulation
- Judicial liquidation in the new Code (outline)
Part 2
Indirect financial statement modeling in xls, as a report that summarizes both economic and financial aspects. The Excel Template for Crisis Emergence processes:
- Monthly forecast balance sheet and income statement over 1 year.
- Monthly Cash Budget, with Bank Balances and reporting of Extra Overdraft situations.
- DSCR with calculation methodology according to the indications given in the 1st approach and 2nd approach, of the Document "Business Crisis - The Indices of Alertness" issued on 20/10/2019 by CNEDEC.
- Indicators developed by the National Council of Accountants on the Budget Forecast.

GOALS

The participant will gain a comprehensive understanding of the new CCII regulations, with specific insights into the early warning procedures and prospective indicators of a business crisis. They will also learn about the new provisions introduced for accessing negotiation tools for crisis resolution and evaluating recovery plans. Additionally, they will be able to design and prepare an Excel model for financial business planning, focusing on financial sustainability using the DSCR calculation methodology.
