Ci stiamo avvicinando con quella specifica azione al nostro obiettivo?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dando per scontato di avere ben chiaro l\u2019obiettivo cui vogliamo tendere, di seguito analizzeremo una strategia che pu\u00f2 tornarci utile nella vita di tutti i giorni.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per far ci\u00f2 naturalmente utilizzeremo un foglio dedicato in Excel da tenere sempre a portata di mano quando facciamo \u201cil punto della situazione\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Partiamo dalla base, chi era Eisenhower e cosa ha inventato.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generale americano e 34\u00b0 presidente degli USA <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dwight D. Eisenhower<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ha avuto una carriera brillante che, giustamente, l\u2019ha portato a dover affrontare milioni di problemi e di doversi interfacciare con un\u2019infinit\u00e0 di persone. Per prendere le migliori decisioni ha messo \u201cnero su bianco\u201d le sue attivit\u00e0 e ha creato la matrice che riporta il suo nome.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>A cosa serve la matrice di Eisenhower.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve per riordinare le idee e dare le giuste priorit\u00e0.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di fronte ad un\u2019attivit\u00e0 bisogna chiedersi quanto questa sia utile ed importante per noi. Per capire esattamente cosa fare si pu\u00f2 usare questo strumento semplice ma efficace con cui riflettere e focalizzare il problema.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ponendosi due domande e dandosi due semplici risposte si pu\u00f2 indirizzare l\u2019attivit\u00e0 nel migliore dei modi, vagliando quattro possibilit\u00e0 d\u2019azione.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Quali domande farsi e quali risposte darsi.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bisogna semplicemente chiedersi se ci\u00f2 che si deve fare \u00e8 urgente e importante e rispondere a ciascuna delle due con un s\u00ec o con un no.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La combinazione di urgente\/importante e s\u00ec\/no \u00e8 fondamentale.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le risposte possibili sono:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Urgente e importante;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Non urgente e importante;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Urgente e non importante;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) Non urgente e non importante.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricordiamoci i numeri e l\u2019ordine appena visto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Vediamo ora a cosa corrisponde nella pratica ciascuna risposta.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopo aver individuato la risposta corretta bisogna concentrarsi sull\u2019azione da compiere che rispettivamente sar\u00e0 da fare subito, da posticipare, da delegare e da cestinare o archiviare.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riepilogo per semplicit\u00e0 i passaggi con l\u2019aggiunta di un elemento, il quadrante della Matrice incaricato di accogliere la nostra to-do list:<\/span><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urgente?<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importante?<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Azione da intraprendere<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quadrante della matrice<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ec<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ec<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fai subito!<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ec<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posticipa<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ec<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delega<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cestina<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Cosa fare dopo aver ottenuto la risposta.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopo esserci chiesti se un\u2019attivit\u00e0 sia urgente o meno, importante o meno dobbiamo inserire l\u2019attivit\u00e0 nella matrice\/quadrante.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Come \u00e8 fatta la Matrice.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 semplicemente una tabella con quattro quadranti in cui allocare nel campo corretto l\u2019attivit\u00e0 presa in considerazione. In base ai numeri ed all\u2019ordine visto sopra relativamente alle risposte possibili, basta inserire l\u2019attivit\u00e0 nel corretto campo.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>Se non pago entro fine settimana il fornitore X, non potr\u00f2 pi\u00f9 avere elettricit\u00e0 in casa!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possiamo dire che \u00e8 urgente? S\u00ec! \u00c8 importante? Decisamente s\u00ec! Quindi doppio s\u00ec, \u00e8 una cosa da fare subito!&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E cos\u00ec via. Di base il ragionamento da fare \u00e8 questo.&nbsp;<\/span>La vera difficolt\u00e0 \u00e8 concentrarsi e approfondire il singolo task da valutare.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relativamente all\u2019analisi della singola attivit\u00e0 non posso essere pi\u00f9 di tanto d\u2019aiuto anche se il mio consiglio \u00e8 quello di iniziare a segnare tutte le attivit\u00e0 che ci vengono in mente e nel caso correggere l\u2019allocazione in un secondo momento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Posso esserti d\u2019aiuto per quanto riguarda la compilazione della Matrice.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ho fatto un file Excel il cui screen \u00e8 riportato qui sotto e che \u00e8 scaricabile liberamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7999\" src=\"https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh-300x123.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"667\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh-300x123.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh-1024x420.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh-768x315.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh-440x180.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/hh.jpg 1475w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 667px) 100vw, 667px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ho cercato di farlo il pi\u00f9 semplice e minimalista possibile infatti \u00e8 composto di sole tre parti, partendo da destra:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mini guida;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Griglia di inserimento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matrice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Come si usa questa Matrice in Excel?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nella griglia di inserimento bisogna sostituire \u201cAttivit\u00e0 da fare numero\u2026\u201d con la nostra attivit\u00e0 e selezionare S\u00ec o No dai men\u00f9 a tendina delle due colonne successive se l\u2019attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 urgente e importante.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poi \u00e8 finito! S\u00ec, gi\u00e0 fatto!&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il foglio compiler\u00e0 in automatico la Matrice e si dovr\u00e0 \u201csolo\u201d verificare la coerenza del ragionamento dietro alla scelta del S\u00ec o del No visto poco prima. Semplice no?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se proprio vogliamo complicarci la vita, all\u2019interno della Matrice subito prima di ciascuna attivit\u00e0 si trova un altro men\u00f9 a tendina.
