Per semplificarci la vita di tutti i giorni Excel ha previsto la possibilit\u00e0 di creare <strong>una pivot composta da diverse tabelle, che recupera i dati da pi\u00f9 tabelle presenti in diversi fogli gestendo il tutto tramite relazioni.<\/strong><br \/>\nVediamo ora un modo semplice con un breve esempio, anche se lo stesso esercizio <strong>pu\u00f2 essere fatto anche con la tecnologia Power Query.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esempio pratico di utilizzo di una pivot composta<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poniamo di voler creare una Pivot composta da diverse tabelle, che in pratica raggruppi tre diverse fonti dati ed in particolare:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tabella di Anagrafica dei Fornitori;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tabella di Scadenzario Fornitori;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tabella relativa alle eventuali note sulle fatture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"dcdddc\" dati a disposizione in tabelle (semplicemente posizionando il cursore su di una cella all\u2019interno dell\u2019intervallo che ci serve e premendo Ctrl+T) e rinominiamole.<br \/>\nPer l\u2019esempio di oggi ho rinominato le tabelle in AnagraficaFornitori, ScadenzarioFornitori e Note che sono posizionate in tre fogli rinominati allo stesso modo per semplicit\u00e0.<br \/>\nSuccessivamente bisogna posizionarsi su di una tabella qualsiasi fra quelle create e generare una Pivot <strong>(scheda Inserisci, comando Tabella pivot).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"ededec\" pivot mettere i flag in Seleziona tabella o intervallo, nuovo foglio di lavoro e Aggiungi questi dati al modello di dati ed infine premere OK.<\/strong><br \/>\nNel nuovo foglio, posizionarsi sulla Pivot e nella scheda Analizza tabella pivot, cliccare sul comando <strong>Relazioni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"f3f3f3\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: collegamenti fra le tabelle, per l\u2019esempio che vediamo ora serve capire per ogni fornitore quali fatture risultano non ancora pagate con i relativi dettagli ed eventuali note connesse alle fatture.<br \/>\nIl collegamento avviene individuando le tabelle e le colonne da connettere.<br \/>\nVerranno quindi create due relazioni.<br \/>\n<strong>Prima:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tabella ScadenzarioFornitori con la colonna Fornitore;<\/li>\n<li>Tabella AnagraficaFornitori con la colonna Ragione Sociale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>e poi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tabella ScadenzarioFornitori con la colonna N. Le relazioni possono essere di tipo 1 a molti e 1 ad 1 ma non molti a molti. Excel in automatico pu\u00f2 creare una rilevazione automatica dei dati ma non \u00e8 sempre attendibile.<br \/>\nVolendo per ottenere una visualizzazione delle relazioni fra tabelle, soprattutto se se ne stanno gestendo parecchie, si pu\u00f2 usare il comando Gestisci modello di dati nella scheda Dati.<br \/>\nVerr\u00e0 aperta la finestra <strong>Power Pivot per Excel e cliccando l\u2019ultima icona in basso a sinistra (Diagramma) si potr\u00e0 comprendere pi\u00f9 agilmente le relazioni fra tabelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"ecedec\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #ecedec;\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"not-transparent wp-image-8461 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05-300x249.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05-300x249.png 300w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05-1024x851.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05-768x638.png 768w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05-440x366.png 440w, https:\/\/www.value4you.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Screenshot-2023-02-03-at-11.21.05.png 1292w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A questo punto baster\u00e0 agire come al solito sulla scheda Campi tabella pivot e posizionare i campi dove desiderato in uno dei quattro quadranti.
